Job Overview

Accenture is hiring Customer Service Representatives for its International Voice process. We are looking for graduates with at least 1 year of international voice process experience and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries and provide effective resolutions over international voice calls.
- Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining quality standards.
- Understand customer concerns and provide accurate information.
- Maintain professionalism and follow company policies and procedures.
- Meet performance targets related to quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Graduate in any stream.




- Experience: Minimum 1 year of international voice process experience (mandatory).
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, as per business requirements.
- Willingness to work from the Mumbai office.

Compensation & Interview Process
- CTC: Up to ₹6.5 LPA, depending on experience and interview performance.
- Interview Mode: Virtual.
