Role & responsibilities
- Responsible for Accessories development for Recent Projects, Limited Editions & Buy and Sell Items
- Basic knowledge on Manufacturing Processes like Injection Moulding, Blow Moulding, Vacuum Forming, Surface finishing, Press forming, etc.
- Material Selection knowledge (Plastic, Sheet Metal, Rubber, Composites, etc.)
- Basics of Validation & Testing (Fitment, Vehicle Integration, Regulatory Compliance understanding, etc.)
- Liaison with Engineering, Purchase, Suppliers, etc. to ensure timely Design & Development
- Ensure quality, cost, and delivery targets are achieved
- Cross functional coordination
- Self-initiator in exploring upcoming Accessories refreshment options in the Market
- Open to travel
- Cross Functional coordination & liaison
- Prior experience in Parts / Accessories Development.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint desirable
