Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Academic Head to oversee academic planning, curriculum implementation, teacher performance, and student development while maintaining high standards of teaching and learning.

Key Responsibilities

· Plan and monitor the academic calendar, curriculum implementation, lesson plans, and syllabus completion.

· Conduct classroom observations and monitor teachers' performance, providing guidance and feedback.

· Track student progress, assessments, report cards, and implement improvement plans where required.

· Coordinate parent-teacher meetings and address academic concerns.

· Plan academic activities, events, and child-centred, activity-based learning programmes.

· Lead teacher training, career development,



and academic team management.

· Maintain academic records, reports, and quality standards across classes.

· Collaborate with the Principal and management to improve academic performance and school operations.

Qualifications & Skills

· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education; B.Ed. or equivalent qualification as applicable.

· Minimum 3 years of experience in primary education and academic administration.

· Experience in teacher supervision, curriculum development, and academic planning.

· Strong leadership, communication, organisational, and team management skills.

· Knowledge of child-centred and activity-based teaching methodologies.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
