Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented Academic Counselors who can guide parents and students toward the right learning programs, convert leads into admissions, and contribute to the center’s revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with prospective parents and students through inbound and outbound calls.
- Understand students’ academic needs and recommend suitable learning programs.
- Counsel parents on course offerings, benefits, and learning outcomes.
- Follow up with interested leads and convert them into admissions.
- Achieve monthly sales, admission, and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate lead details, follow-ups, and sales updates in the CRM.
- Build strong relationships with parents and ensure a positive enrollment experience.
- Coordinate with the academic and operations teams for smooth student onboarding.

Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Interest in sales, counseling, and education.
- Target-oriented with valuable follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Freshers and experienced candidates with relevant sales or counseling experience may apply.
