We are looking for a motivated and student-focused Academic Counsellor to guide prospective students in selecting suitable courses based on their educational background, interests, and career goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact prospective students through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Understand students’ educational qualifications, interests, and career aspirations.
- Provide accurate information about courses, eligibility, duration, curriculum, and certification.
- Counsel students regarding healthcare, hospital administration, business administration and management, logistics, software programming, digital skills, and other professional training programmes.
- Explain admission procedures, course fees, learning options, and available placement assistance.
- Follow up with prospective students and assist them throughout the admission process.
- Maintain student enquiry records, follow-up details, and admission status using CRM or other designated systems.
- Build positive relationships with students and parents through professional communication.
- Coordinate with the academic and admissions teams to ensure a smooth enrolment process.




- Work towards admission targets while maintaining ethical counselling practices.

Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong listening, counselling, and convincing abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with email, WhatsApp, and online tools.
- Ability to explain course details clearly and professionally.
- Positive organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a student-oriented approach.

Qualifications
- Graduation in any discipline is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills may apply.
- Experience in academic counselling, educational sales, telecalling, or student admissions will be an added advantage.

Ideal Candidate A proactive and responsible individual who can understand student needs, provide appropriate academic guidance, maintain consistent follow-ups, and support students in making informed decisions about their education and career. Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
