Job Summary: We are seeking a agile and persuasive MBA Admission Counsellor (Tele caller) who will be responsible for guiding and assisting prospective students through the MBA admission process. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in Tamil, English, and Hindi.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound and inbound calls to prospective MBA students.
- Counsel candidates on program details, eligibility, and career scope.
- Maintain follow-up records and ensure timely conversions.
- Assist with admission documentation and coordination.
- Participate in marketing and outreach activities.





Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree (preferred: Business/Commerce/Arts/Management). Fluency in Tamil, English (Must -Spoken and written), and Hindi .
- Minimum 2 years of Experience in Educational Counselling telecalling, or sales (education sector preferred).
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet targets and proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
