Role Description The ABM Trichy role at Luminous Power Technologies (P) Ltd is a full-time, on-site position based in Tiruchirapalli. The role involves managing and supporting channel partners and dealers, monitoring sales performance, and driving business growth within the assigned territory. Daily tasks include visiting market outlets, coordinating with distributors, implementing sales and promotional activities, and ensuring proper product placement and visibility.

The ABM will analyze market trends, gather competitor insights, prepare sales reports,



and collaborate with internal teams to achieve targets. The role also includes maintaining strong customer relationships, handling escalations, and ensuring compliance with company policies and processes.

Qualifications

- Solid sales and business development skills, including territory management and channel partner handling.
- Proficiency in market analysis, sales reporting, and basic data interpretation to support decision-making.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities with customers and distributors.
- Organizational and time-management skills to plan market visits, track activities, and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work on-site in Coimbatore, travel within the territory, and adapt to field-oriented work.
- Experience in FMCG, Electrical, or Energy solutions , Telecom,industry is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Basic computer literacy, including use of spreadsheets, presentations, and CRM tools.
