- Operations Management

- Manage and mentor a team of service supervisors, field technicians, and customer support executives.

- Optimize daily scheduling and route planning for field technicians to maximize jobs completed per day.

- Oversee inventory management, ensuring spare parts, tools, and equipment are adequately stocked and tracked.

Quality

Assurance &

- Technical Oversight

- Establish service SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for AC and geyser installation, gas charging, compressor repair, and coil cleaning.

- Conduct regular quality audits on completed field jobs to maintain zero-defect standards.

- Diagnose and resolve complex technical escalations that field technicians cannot solve.

Customer

Satisfaction &

- Escalation Management

- Monitor Turnaround Time (TAT) and First-Time Fix (FTF) rates to ensure prompt service.

- Resolve high-level customer complaints regarding service quality, billing, or technician behavior.





- Implement feedback loops to continuously improve the customer experience.

4. Training &

- Development

- Design training programs to upskill technicians on the latest inverter AC models, heat pump geysers, and smart home integrations.

- Enforce safety protocols, ensuring 100% compliance with electrical safety, heights safety (for outdoor AC units), and hazardous material handling.

5.

Business

Growth &

- Vendor Management

- Manage relationships with OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) for spare parts sourcing and warranty claims.

- Drive revenue by promoting Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) and cross-selling services.

- Analyze service data and KPIs to prepare weekly/monthly performance reports for management.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
