Position: 3DX Operation Support Engineer

Overall Experience: 4–8 Years

Relevant Experience: 4+ Years

Location: Pune

Qualification: BE / B.Tech

Domain: PLM (Product Lifecycle Management)

Mandatory Skills

- Hands-on experience with 3DEXPERIENCE (3DX).
- Solid knowledge of Change Actions (CAs), Change Requests (CRs), and Change Orders (COs).
- Experience with 3DX applications, particularly Change Management.
- Ability to troubleshoot change workflows, object relationships, and permissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the creation, review, and approval of Change Actions (CAs), Change Requests (CRs), and Change Orders (COs) in 3DEXPERIENCE.
- Ensure proper linkage between impacted items, revisions, and associated documentation.
- Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing,



and quality teams to gather and validate change-related data.
- Monitor change workflows and ensure timely progression through lifecycle stages.
- Maintain data integrity and compliance with internal and industry standards.
- Provide training and support to users on 3DX Change Management processes and tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to change workflows, object relationships, and permissions.
- Generate reports and dashboards to track change metrics and KPIs.
- Work with 3DX applications such as Change Management, Engineering Central, and Product Structure Editor.
- Apply knowledge of 3DX workflow configuration and customization.

Candidates with strong PLM knowledge, hands-on 3DEXPERIENCE support experience, expertise in Change Management processes, and the ability to troubleshoot and optimize workflows.
