GHD Infra Developers is looking for a detail-oriented Junior 3D Designer with experience in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in 3D modelling, 3D designing, and creating visual representations of real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Create 3D models and visualizations of real estate projects, including residential and commercial properties.

- Develop 3D designs based on architectural drawings, layouts, and project requirements.

- Prepare realistic 3D renders of buildings, interiors, exteriors, and other property elements as required.

- Coordinate with the architecture and design teams to understand project requirements.

- Modify and update 3D models based on feedback and design revisions.

- Ensure accuracy, quality, and attention to detail in all 3D designs.





Required Skills & Qualifications

- 1-2 Years of Experience in 3D modelling and 3D designing.

- Previous experience working on real estate or construction-related projects.

- Proficiency in relevant 3D design software, such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, Blender, Lumion, V-Ray, or similar tools.

- Ability to interpret architectural drawings and layouts.

- Creativity, attention to detail, and willingness to learn

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
