Role Overview

We’re looking for a talented 3D Blender Artist who can create visually stunning 3D assets and interactive experiences for modern websites.

You’ll work closely with our team to bring websites to life through high-quality 3D models, animations, and interactive elements that elevate the user experience. This role is focused on 3D for the web , so we’re looking for someone who understands how to create assets and animations that look great, perform well, and integrate seamlessly into interactive website experiences.

What You’ll Do

- Create high-quality 3D models, scenes, and animations in Blender for use on websites.
- Design engaging 3D interactions and animations that enhance the website experience.
- Optimize 3D assets for web performance, including polygon count, textures, and file sizes.
- Prepare and export 3D assets for web integration using formats such as GLB/GLTF.
- Collaborate with our design and development team to bring creative concepts to life.
- Create 3D visuals that work seamlessly with website layouts, scroll animations,



and interactive elements.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback to achieve a polished, high-quality result.

What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience with Blender , including 3D modeling, materials, lighting, and animation.
- A portfolio showcasing high-quality 3D work, ideally including projects created for websites or interactive digital experiences.
- Understanding of how 3D assets are used in web environments, including optimization for performance.
- Experience exporting and preparing assets for the web using GLB/GLTF or similar formats.
- Familiarity with interactive 3D web tools or technologies such as Spline, Three.js, or WebGL is a strong plus.
- A valuable eye for detail, composition, lighting, and modern digital aesthetics.
- Ability to collaborate, take feedback, and turn creative direction into polished work.
