- Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, or chats to resolve issues related to products/services.

- Work on international voice process projects with a focus on blended operations (voice + non-voice).
- Utilize strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively address customer concerns.
- Meet performance targets set by the organization for quality, productivity, and sales metrics.
