We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Operations Coordinator to remotely monitor and coordinate the day-to-day operations of our US-based restaurant locations.

This is an operations-focused role; the selected candidate will work closely with restaurant managers and the head office to monitor store performance, identify operational discrepancies, address complaints, track employee attendance, and ensure that restaurant procedures and standards are consistently followed.

The ideal candidate has practical experience in restaurant or food service operations and can identify problems, follow up with the responsible teams, and ensure that corrective actions are completed on time.

- Restaurant Operations Monitoring: Remotely monitor restaurant activities through CCTV and operational systems, ensuring compliance with SOPs, cleanliness, food safety, opening/closing procedures, and service standards. Identify and escalate operational issues and follow up on corrective actions.
- Store Manager Coordination: Coordinate with restaurant managers on daily operations, pending tasks, and discrepancies. Ensure accountability, timely resolution, and escalation of recurring or unresolved issues.
- Employee Attendance & Tracking: Monitor attendance, punctuality, shift coverage, staffing levels, and employee compliance.



Maintain employee trackers and coordinate with managers to address discrepancies.
- Customer Complaints: Monitor customer complaints across relevant platforms, coordinate investigations and resolutions with store managers, track recurring issues, and ensure proper documentation and closure.
- Operational Reporting & Systems: Review operational records, checklists, incident reports, food cost, inventory, and waste data to identify discrepancies. Maintain issue trackers and prepare daily/weekly reports highlighting problems, trends, and pending actions. Work with relevant systems such as Toast, xtraCHEF, Sling, or other restaurant platforms.
- SOP Compliance & Improvement: Conduct remote operational checks, identify recurring process failures, recommend improvements, and ensure corrective actions are implemented consistently across locations.

Key Expectations

Candidates with experience limited to general administration, data entry, customer support, or non-restaurant virtual assistance will not be a suitable fit unless they also have relevant restaurant operations experience.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
