Job Title: HR Executive
Location: Jagatpur, Cuttack
Travel Requirement: Must be willing to travel frequently (up to 75% of the time)

Required Qualifications:

- Must have completed Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR compliances in electricity distribution
- A two-wheeler with a valid driving license.

Preferred Qualification:

- Minimum 1 year of current or recent experience as an HR in TATA Power DISCOM BA (Business Associate)

Required Skill Set:

- Proficiency in MS Excel and Word
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a dynamic, field-intensive environment

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes including manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding and offboarding.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll in compliance with organizational policies and statutory requirements.




- Ensure all HR practices adhere to applicable labour laws and TATA DISCOM compliance norms.
- Act as the first point of contact for employee concerns; ensure fair resolution in line with company policies.
- Must be open to extensive travel (up to 75% field visits).
- Adaptable and resilient in quick-paced, result-centric environments.
- High sense of ownership and accountability.
- Ad-hoc duties as and when assigned as per business and compliance requirement.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹240,000.00 per year
