Job description :

1. Site Management: Oversee daily site activities, including supervising labor, monitoring progress, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols.

2. Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that work meets quality standards, and identify areas for improvement.

3. Project Planning: Assist in developing project plans, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.

4. Coordination: Liaise with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

5. Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve site-related issues, including technical problems and conflicts with contractors or laborers.

6. Safety Management:



Implement and enforce site safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

7. Reporting: Prepare and submit regular site reports, including progress updates, safety reports, and quality control reports.
