Job Summary : Key Responsibilities : 1. Design & Development :

- Develop and design process instruments, including Pressure Gauge, Differential Pressure Gauge, Pressure Seals, Temperature Gauge, Level Gauge, RTD and TC with Thermowells Manifolds Valve Assemblies
- Create detailed technical drawings, schematics, and specifications using CAD tools.
- Select appropriate materials and components to enhance instrument durability and accuracy.
- Ensure designs comply with international standards (e.g., ISA, IEC, ANSI, ASME).

2. Testing & Validation :

- Perform prototype testing and calibration of process instruments.
- Conduct failure analysis, troubleshooting, and design modifications to improve reliability.
- Validate instrument performance under different industrial conditions.

3. Project Management & Collaboration :

- Work with cross-functional teams , including R&D;, manufacturing, and quality control.
- Assist in project planning, cost estimation, and risk assessment .
- Provide technical support to vendors and customers.

4. Compliance & Documentation :

- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and industry regulations (e.g., SIL, ATEX, HAZOP).
- Prepare detailed engineering reports, datasheets, and product manuals .
- Support technical bids, vendor selection, and customer presentations .

Required Qualifications :





- Education : Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Instrumentation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field .

- Experience :5+ years** of experience in process instrument design, development, or engineering.

- Technical Skills :

- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, EPLAN).

- Strong understanding of industrial process instruments (flow meters, pressure/temperature sensors, level transmitters, etc.).

- Experience with Instrument calibration, signal processing, and industrial protocols .

- Familiarity with hazardous area equipment and certifications (ATEX, IECEx).

- Hands on experience on any ERP System.

Preferred Skills :

- Certification in Functional Safety (SIL) or Hazardous Area Equipment (ATEX, IECEx) .
- Experience in industries like Oil & Gas, Power, Chemical, Pharmaceutical, or Manufacturing .
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting with tight deadlines.
