Requirements: - Proficiency in AutoCAD with ability to prepare detailed engineering drawings, including rooftop layouts, ground‑mount structures, and substation single‑line diagrams. - Strong knowledge of cable sizing, load calculations, and electrical design standards for solar EPC projects. - Capability to train junior designers and build a competent design team under their leadership. - Hands‑on approach: willing to conduct site visits, verify designs on‑ground, and ensure execution feasibility. - Expertise in substation design and integration with solar plants. - Ability to manage end‑to‑end design workflows from concept to final approval. - Strong communication skills for coordination with EPC teams, vendors, and clients. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, - Diploma holders in Electrical/Mechanical/Civil Engineering with strong practical experience may also be considered. - Additional certification in AutoCAD, PVsyst, or electrical design software is highly desirable. - Experience: - Minimum 3-5 years of experience in solar EPC design (rooftop and ground‑mounted projects).
