POSITION VACANT: Service Engineer / Sr. Service Engineer - 2 Nos

AGILE LIFESCIENCES TECHNOLOGIES PVT LTD is looking a technical professional responsible for carrying out Preventive Maintenances, Installations, Troubleshooting & Repair repairing equipment or machinery at customer sites. They possess skilled engineering knowledge (mechanical, electrical, or electronics) to ensure optimal equipment performance and high customer satisfaction.

They must act as a trusted communicator and problem solver, bridging the gap between customer needs and to AGILE LIFESCIENCE TECHNOLOGIES LTD.

Core Profile Components - KRA (Key Result Area)

- Core Responsibilities : Installing new systems, conducting preventive maintenance, diagnosing technical failures, and repairing machines on-site.
- Technical Skills : Deep understanding of mechanical, electrical, or software components, combined with the ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and use diagnostic tools.
- Soft Skills : Robust problem-solving abilities, excellent communication for client interaction, time management, and the ability to work independently.
- Education/Experience : Generally, requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electronics, Electrical, etc.) or a technical diploma, often with 3+ years of field experience.
- Environment : Frequently requires traveling to customer sites, working flexible hours, and adherence to strict safety standards.
- Ability :



To perform Calibration & Validation protocols at customer site understanding NABL & NON NABL norms.

Key Responsibilities KPI (Key Performances Indicator)

- Role Importance’s : Customer Satisfaction
- Focus : Consultative selling of AMC & CAMC Contracts & Spares
- Key Metrics : Monthly /Quarterly Revenue Targets, Number of PM & Installation Call Done, Pipeline Velocity, Account Retention.
- Knowledge : Understanding of industry regulations of Pharma, CROs, Blood Bank, NABL, NON NABL, Hospital, Research Labs for Laboratory Equipment.
- Communication : Verbal and written skills, with the ability to explain complex validation in English, Hindi must.
- Documentation : Maintaining accurate client records and pipeline data
- Results-Driven : Highly motivated by achieving and exceeding service quotas with go getter attitude
- Ethical & Detail-Oriented : Maintains high standards in professional decorum.
- Persistent : Ability to navigate long service cycles.
- Educational Background
- Diploma & Degree in Electronics, Electrical with 3+ years experiences
- Technical Aptitude : Understand Calibration, Validation.
- Soft Skills : Strong negotiation, persuasion, resilience, and a consultative, problem-solving mindset.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
