Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Instruction & Delivery : Conduct daily classroom and laboratory training sessions for diploma and degree-level Civil Engineering students focusing on 2D drafting, 3D modeling, and structural analysis.
- Curriculum Development : Assist in designing, updating, and structuring training modules, course materials, and practical assignments aligned with current industry standards.
- Student Assessment : Evaluate student progress through practical tests, project reviews, and theoretical exams. Provide constructive feedback to ensure skill mastery.
- Software Management : Ensure all training lab software is functioning properly and assist the IT team with updates and troubleshooting.
- Industry Alignment : Stay up-to-date with the latest civil engineering software updates, design codes, and industry trends to keep the training curriculum relevant.





Required Qualifications & Experience

- Education : B.Tech / B.E. or Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized university or institute.
- Experience : Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience as a CAD Trainer or as a Design Engineer in the civil/construction industry with a strong inclination toward teaching.
- Certifications : Professional certification in AutoCAD or other relevant Autodesk products is highly preferred.

Technical Skills Required

- Expert proficiency in AutoCAD (2D & 3D) .
- Strong working knowledge of civil and structural design software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D , Revit Architecture/Structure , and STAAD.Pro .
- Familiarity with reading and interpreting civil engineering drawings, blueprints, and architectural plans.
- Basic understanding of estimation, costing, and project management tools is an added advantage.

Soft Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to explain complex engineering concepts simply and effectively.
- High level of patience, empathy, and dedication to student success.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
