We are a Civil Contracting Firm specializing in Public Infrastructure Projects across Kerala , seeking a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor to support our Site Engineer and project team in achieving project objectives efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day civil construction activities at project sites

- Arrange and manage labour deployment on a daily basis to meet work targets

- Assist the Site Engineer in executing work plans and resolving site-level issues

- Ensure proper material arrangement, handling, and usage with accountability :

- Coordinate with the Purchase Manager for timely procurement and stock management

- Supervise site tools, equipment, and machinery, ensuring proper maintenance and control

- Maintain basic site records and reports related to labour, materials, and machinery

- Take complete responsibility for assigned company vehicle management and maintenance :

- Operate company vehicles (Mazda, Nissan, Dumper, or equivalent) whenever required

Requirements :





- Valid driving license , with ability to operate light and heavy vehicles (Mazda, Nissan, Dumper, etc.)

- Prior experience in civil construction projects (public infrastructure preferred)

- Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills :

- Ability to manage labour teams efficiently and responsibly

- Honest, disciplined, and task-oriented mindset :

- Willingness to relocate and work at different project locations as required

Job Location & Accommodation

- Project locations vary across Kerala : Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
