About the Chance What You’ll Get to Do End-to-End Technical Recruitment - Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and technology-enabled roles across Engineering, Product Management, Quality Assurance, Cloud Operations, DevOps, Data Engineering, Security, and Professional Services. - Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce planning, hiring priorities, and role requirements. - Develop sourcing strategies to attract diverse and high-caliber talent across multiple geographies. - Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and recurring technical roles. Stakeholder Partnership - Serve as a trusted talent advisor to hiring managers by providing insights on talent availability, market trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitive intelligence. - Drive recruitment planning meetings and provide regular hiring updates. - Coordinate interviews, feedback collection, offer preparation, negotiations, and onboarding activities. Recruitment Analytics & Process Excellence - Track and report key recruiting metrics, including pipeline health, time-to-fill,



offer acceptance rates, and source effectiveness. - Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, employment regulations, and diversity hiring initiatives. Employer Branding - Support employer branding campaigns and talent attraction initiatives. - Participate in networking events, technology meetups, referral campaigns, and university hiring programs as needed. - Promote Dayforce’s culture, values, and employee value proposition in the external talent market. Skills and Experience We Value - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline. - Demonstrated experience in technical recruitment within SaaS, enterprise software, cloud technology, HR technology, or product-based organizations. - Experience recruiting for technical roles such as: - Software Engineers (Java,.NET, React, Angular). - Cloud & DevOps Engineers. - Site Reliability Engineers (SRE). - QA Automation Engineers. - Product Managers. - Data Engineers and Data Scientists. - Security Engineers. - Technical Consultants and Implementation Specialists. - Strong sourcing expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent intelligence platforms.



- Experience working with ATS platforms such as Dayforce Recruiting, Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, or SuccessFactors. - Strong interviewing, stakeholder management, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. What Would Make You Stand Out - Experience recruiting within Human Capital Management (HCM), Payroll, Workforce Management, HR Technology, or Enterprise SaaS organizations. - Exposure to global recruiting environments supporting North America, EMEA, or APAC hiring. - Familiarity with competency-based interviewing and structured assessment methodologies. - Experience supporting diversity, equity, and inclusion hiring initiatives. - Experience leveraging recruitment analytics and market intelligence to influence hiring strategies.
