We are looking for a Billing Executive who will be responsible for RA bill generation, preparation of supporting billing documents, and ensuring compliance with client and project billing requirements. The role involves coordinating with site teams to collect necessary documentation and maintaining accurate billing records in accordance with company and contractual standards.

Key Responsibilties:

- Preparation of client bills based on approved measurements and work completion status.

Verification and compilation of all supporting documents required for billing.

Ensuring bills are prepared in accordance with contract terms, work orders, and company policies.

Cordination with site engineers and project teams to collect necessary data for billing.

Maintaining proper documentation and records related to invoices and supporting documents.





Ensuring compliance with client billing requirements and statutory norms.

Assisting in submission of bills to clients within stipulated timelines.

Tracking bill status and coordinating with clients for clarifications or additional documents if required.

Supporting the accounts team in resolving billing-related queries.

Qualification & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Civil Engineering, or related field.

1-2 years of experience in billing within the construction / finishing industry (painting, gypsum, interiors).

Proficient in MS Excel

Knowledge of billing documentation, contract terms, and basic construction processes

Pay: From ₹22,000.00 per month
