Key Responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company safety policies
- Conduct daily site safety inspections and toolbox talks
- Prepare and maintain safety documentation (PTW, JSA, risk assessments, incident reports)
- Monitor work at height, lifting activities, electrical works, demolition and fabrication works
- Ensure proper usage of PPE by all workers and staff
- Coordinate with site engineer and project manager for safe execution of work
- Report unsafe acts and conditions immediately and take corrective action
- Maintain safety records and submit daily/weekly safety reports

Requirements :

- Diploma/Degree in Safety Management or Industrial Safety
- Minimum 2-5 years experience in construction/warehouse/industrial projects




- Knowledge of work permit systems and safety compliance
- Positive communication skills (Hindi/Marathi required; English preferred)
- Ability to handle labour and enforce discipline on site

Preferred

- Experience in Civil projects
- Knowledge of scaffolding, lifting operations, and electrical safety
- Immediate joiners preferred

Salary

₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month (based on experience)
