Position : Mechanical Engineer Industry : Road Construction Location : Gopalganj Experience Required : 3-8 Years (Road Construction) Qualification : Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise maintenance and operation of road construction equipment such as the following:

- Hot Mix Plant (HMP)

- Wet Mix Plant (WMM)

- Asphalt Paver

- Vibratory Rollers

- Excavators

- Loaders

- Graders

- Bitumen Sprayers

- DG Sets and compressors

- Plan and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.

- Ensure minimum downtime of machinery and equipment.

- Maintain daily equipment performance and maintenance records.

- Coordinate with site engineers and project teams for equipment deployment.

- Monitor fuel consumption and machine utilization.





- Ensure availability of spare parts and coordinate with vendors/suppliers.

- Conduct periodic inspections and troubleshooting of mechanical systems.

- Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance procedures.

Required Skills :

- Solid knowledge of road construction machinery and equipment.
- Ability to manage manpower and workshop activities.
- Familiarity with safety and operational standards at construction sites.
- Basic computer knowledge for reporting and documentation.
- Good communication and team coordination skills.

Application Process : Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
