Key Responsibilities :

- Conduct site audits to verify construction work as per approved drawings, designs, and specifications

- Review and validate architectural and structural drawings for on-site execution

- Ensure work is executed as per design intent and approved plans :

- Check and validate contractor bills, BOQs, and rate analysis :

- Verify measurement books (MB) and quantity calculations

- Monitor project progress and highlight deviations from design and timelines

- Audit material usage and ensure alignment with specifications

- Identify design deviations, execution gaps, and cost leakages :

- Coordinate with architects, designers, and site engineers for discrepancies

- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety norms, and company policies :

- Prepare detailed audit reports with technical observations and recommendations

Required Skills & Competencies :

- Strong knowledge of civil construction, architectural design, and detailing :

- Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and working drawings :

- Experience in design coordination and site execution :

- Understanding of BOQ, estimation,



and billing procedures :

- Proficiency in Auto CAD / design tools (preferred)

Qualifications :

- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering / Architecture (preferred)

Experience :

- 2-6 years of experience in civil construction, design, and auditing :

- Hands-on experience in architectural planning, site execution, and coordination

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) :

- Accuracy in identifying design and execution deviations :

- Reduction in cost leakages and rework :

- Timely and effective audit reporting :

- Compliance with design and quality standards

Additional Requirements :

- Ability to coordinate with architects and design consultants :

- Willingness to travel to multiple project sites

Job Types : Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
