We are seeking a motivated and technically sound Sales & Service Engineer to drive sales growth while providing excellent technical support and service to our customers. The role requires a blend of technical expertise, field service capability, and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Responsibilities

- Promote and sell Deccan Instruments’ range of analytical and laboratory equipment
- Identify new customers in pharma companies, QA/QC labs, research institutes, and industries
- Generate leads, conduct site visits, and convert inquiries into sales
- Prepare quotations, tenders, and technical proposals
- Achieve assigned sales targets and expand market presence
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business

Service Responsibilities

- Installation, calibration, and commissioning of instruments at client sites




- Provide prompt after-sales service and technical support
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues efficiently
- Perform preventive maintenance and AMC visits
- Train customers on proper operation and maintenance of instruments
- Maintain detailed service reports and documentation

- Ability to handle fieldwork and travel independently

Job Types : Full time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹9,049.09 - ₹34,110.57 per month
