Job Summary We are looking for an experienced VMC Programmer to join our machine shop team. You will be responsible for programming and setting up VMC to make high-quality parts as per drawings and instructions.

Key Responsibilities

- Create programs for VMC machines as per 2D and 3D drawings.
- Set up and run jobs on the VMC machine through workers
- Read technical drawings and decide tool paths
- Do test runs and make changes to improve accuracy
- Work with engineers and operators to improve work process
- Keep proper records of programs, settings, and changes, including tool consumption.
- Follow safety rules and keep the work area clean
- Solve any programming or machining issues
- Do cycle time calculation and program editing as needed

Qualifications & Skills

- Diploma / BE in Mechanical or similar field




- 3 to 6 years of VMC programming experience
- Must know 2D and 3D programming
- CAD/CAM knowledge is essential
- Experience in using programming software
- Knowledge of CNC Grinder is an added advantage
- Good understanding of tools, processes, and machine setup
- Able to read and understand engineering drawings
- Valuable at problem-solving and teamwork

Salary : 25K - 35K per month (based on interview)

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
