Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced PeopleSoft HCM Techno‑Functional consultant to lead solution design, configuration, and development across key HCM modules. The role involves working closely with HR stakeholders, analysing business processes, designing scalable solutions, building integrations/reports.

Lead requirement workshops, fit‑gap analysis, and process mapping with HR stakeholders. Configure and support modules such as: Core HR / Workforce Administration Absence Management Global Payroll / NA Payroll (as applicable)Perks Administration Performance (nice to have)

Draft FDDs, configuration workbooks, test scenarios.Drive SIT/UAT, regression cycles, and production rollout; own RCA for incidents/problems. Participate in PUM image assessments, retrofitting, impact analysis, and People Tools upgrades. Advise on best practices, security (row/tree/permission lists), AWE workflows, and audit controls.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role

Technical (PeopleTools)

Design and develop enhancements using PeopleCode, Application Engine (AE), App Packages,



Component Interface (CI), Integration Broker (IB), SQR, BI Publisher, Queries/nVision.Build and support REST/SOAP/file integrations with third‑party HR/Payroll/Identity systems. Develop Fluid UI pages, tiles, related content, and activity guides. Author complex SQL, optimize performance, and troubleshoot end‑to‑end issues across layers. Manage code versioning, migrations (Promo paths), and deployment documentation.
