Job description for Operation

Responsibilities :

- Coordinate and manage daily dispatch of vehicles as per client bookings and schedules
- Allocate vehicles and drivers efficiently based on location, timing, and vehicle type
- Monitor vehicle movements using GPS/tracking systems and ensure timely pickups/drop-offs
- Act as a point of contact between clients and drivers for smooth operations
- Handle last-minute booking requests, rescheduling, and cancellations professionally
- Maintain records of vehicle usage, trip sheets, fuel usage, and driver attendance
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SLAs, and customer service standards
- Assist in onboarding recent drivers and providing route plans and client instructions
- Report delays, vehicle breakdowns,



or issues to the concerned department for quick resolution
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure vehicle availability and readiness

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
