1. Field Operations

- Supervise daily coal field activities and ensure smooth loading, unloading, and dispatch operations.
- Coordinate with site staff, transporters, and management to avoid operational delays.
- Ensure compliance with site rules and safety guidelines.

2. Vehicle & Maintenance Management

- Monitor vehicle condition and coordinate regular maintenance and breakdown repairs.
- Maintain records of servicing, repairs, and maintenance schedules.
- Ensure vehicle fitness, permits, insurance, and other statutory documents are valid.

3. Diesel Management

- Monitor daily diesel consumption of all vehicles.
- Verify diesel issue records and control misuse or pilferage.
- Prepare diesel consumption reports and analyze variances.

4. Driver Management & Daily Follow-up

- Daily follow-up with drivers regarding trips, routes, and site reporting.
- Ensure discipline, punctuality, and adherence to company policies.
- Handle driver issues, complaints, and coordination at the site.

5. Cost Control

- Monitor and control operational expenses including diesel, maintenance, and miscellaneous site costs.




- Identify areas of cost reduction and report savings opportunities to management.
- Ensure operations are conducted within approved budgets.

6. Driver Salary & Deductions

- Prepare and verify driver attendance, trip details, and overtime.
- Assist in driver salary calculations and ensure accurate deductions for advances, penalties, or damages.
- Coordinate with accounts/HR for timely salary processing.

7. Reporting & Documentation

- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Record trip details, fuel usage, maintenance logs, and expense statements.
- Share regular updates with management regarding site performance.

8. Other Related Work

- Handle any additional operational responsibilities assigned by management.
- Support audits, inspections, and management reviews when required.
- Act as a liaison between site operations, drivers, and office staff.

Job Type : Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
