Job Title : Dispatch Coordinator & Log Book Manager (US & Canada Dispatch Only)

Location : In office ( No Work From Home ) Shift Timings : TBD Experience Required : Minimum 3 Years in US & Canada Dispatch

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage end-to-end US & Canada truck dispatch operations
- Assign loads and coordinate with drivers for timely pickups and deliveries
- Monitor driver performance, routes, and schedules
- Maintain and manage driver log books ( Samsara ) in compliance with FMCSA regulations
- Ensure Hours of Service (HOS) compliance
- Track shipments and resolve operational issues
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Communicate with brokers, shippers, and drivers professionally

Requirements :

- Minimum 3 years of experience in US & Canada Truck Dispatch (mandatory)




- Strong knowledge of US & Canada logistics, lanes, and dispatch procedures
- Hands-on experience with Log Book management and HOS compliance
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in night shifts
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and well-organized
