Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage gate entries and exits, verifying vehicles, drivers, and visitors
- Update details in software and maintain accurate records in spreadsheets
- Monitor CCTV systems and manage gate operations remotely to ensure security and smooth flow of operations
- Tracking trucks to ensure timely movement
- Following up with drivers for updates
- Performing yard check on time
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
