We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Real Estate Sales Agent to join our growing team. This role is perfect for a high-energy professional who excels at building relationships and managing the end-to-end sales process—from initial lead engagement to closing the deal.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Management & CRM : Actively manage and update the CRM system to ensure all client interactions are documented. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean pipeline and following up with prospects at every stage.
- Outbound Engagement : Conduct regular calls to potential customers, responding to inquiries and qualifying leads to build a robust client base.
- Listing Management : Create and manage property listings across various portals, ensuring high-quality descriptions and visual content are maintained to attract buyers.
- Client Relations & Showings : Meet with prospective clients to understand their needs and conduct professional property tours. You will act as the primary guide through the viewing process.
- Partnership Development : Meet with builders and developers to stay updated on new projects, negotiate terms,



and secure exclusive inventory for our clients.

Requirements :

- Proven Experience : Prior experience in real estate sales or a high-volume sales environment is preferred.
- Communication Skills : Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for professional client interaction and listing creation.
- Tech Savviness : Proficiency in CRM software and real estate listing portals.
- Mobility : Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for client meetings and site visits.
- Availability : Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, to accommodate client viewing schedules.
