- Plan and dispatch OTR loads efficiently
- Coordinate with drivers regarding pickup, delivery, and route updates
- Track shipments and ensure on-time delivery
- Communicate with brokers and customers for load updates
- Handle issues such as delays, breakdowns, and rerouting
- Maintain accurate dispatch records and documentation
Requirements :
- 1-3 years of experience as an OTR Dispatcher (US logistics preferred)
- Good communication skills (English)
- Knowledge of load boards, TMS, and dispatch tools
- Ability to work night shifts (US shift)
- Strong problem-solving and coordination skills
