Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through field visits, referrals, cold calling, and digital channels
- Educate customers about solar energy benefits and cost savings
- Conduct site visits and assess customer energy needs
- Present customized solar system proposals and pricing
- Close sales and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with installation and technical teams
- Maintain long-term customer relationships
- Stay updated on solar incentives, net metering policies, and industry trends

Requirements :

- Proven experience in sales (solar or renewable energy preferred)
- Solid communication and negotiation skills
- Basic understanding of solar energy systems (training provided if needed)
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Ability to work independently and in the field
- Valid driver’s license (if field work required)
- High school diploma or bachelor’s degree (preferred)

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of photovoltaic (PV) systems
- Ability to explain technical information in simple terms
- Strong closing skills

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
