You will be responsible for connecting US citizens with critical services, ensuring quality and compliance at every step.

## Our Core Verticals You will be assigned to one of our four key business units: SSDI (Social Security Disability Insurance): Help US citizens navigate federal disability claims with empathy and precision.

ACH & Financial Services: Manage electronic payment disputes and banking resolutions for US financial institutions. Auto Insurance Lead Gen: Drive growth by connecting US drivers with top-tier insurance quotes in a high-energy environment.

Debt Settlement: Assist US consumers in negotiating and settling credit card and personal loan debts.





## What We Are Looking For Experience :6 months - 1 year in an International BPO (Sales or CX experience preferred). Communication :Exceptional English fluency (Spoken & Written). Ability to build rapport with a US-based audience. Education :Graduate (B.Com/B.Sc/B.A) or Intermediate with stellar communication skills. Maturity: High degree of professionalism and "Workaholic" grit to handle the demands of a US Night Shift.
