Overview of position : Datamatrix Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is seeking highly motivated applicants to join our Medical Scribe team in a full-time capacity. The Medical Scribe is responsible for assisting the physician in a hospital setting by summarizing clinical information in EHR.

Essential Functions and Job Responsibilities : Accurately and thoroughly document medical visits and procedures as they are being described and performed by the physician, including but not limited to:

- Patient medical history and physical exam,
- Procedures and treatments performed by healthcare professionals, including nurses and physician assistants.
- Patient education and explanation of risks and benefits as dictated by clinical staff.
- Physician-dictated diagnoses,



prescriptions and instructions for patient or family members for self-care and follow-up
- Proofread and edit all the physician’s medical documents for accuracy, spelling, punctuation, and grammar.
- Prepare referral letters as directed by the physician.

Required Qualifications :

- Medical scribe certification and training preferred
- Prior medical scribing experience in a clinical/hospital setting
- Superior computer and typing skills and EMR experience
- Robust language and writing skills
- Willingness to work in night shift.

Salary : ₹500,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
