Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Return Processing Executive to manage and process product returns received from online marketplaces and D2C platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and Shopify. The role involves coordinating with the warehouse and operations teams to inspect returned products, update return status in the system, and ensure accurate inventory updates.

1) Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and process return requests from marketplaces and D2C platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Shopify, etc.).
- Coordinate with warehouse teams for receiving and inspecting returned products.
- Verify SKU, size, quantity, and product condition of returned items.
- Update return status and details in the system.
- Identify reasons for returns such as damage, wrong item, size issue, or quality concerns.
- Coordinate with the inventory team for restocking, repair, or disposal of returned items.




- Maintain daily reports of received, processed, and pending returns.
- Ensure return processing is completed within defined timelines.
- Handle return-related issues and escalate discrepancies when required.

2) Qualification

- Minimum Qualification : 12th Pass

3) Additional Requirements

- Basic computer knowledge.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Understanding of e-commerce return processing or warehouse operations is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse setting.
- Good attention to detail and coordination skills.

Preferred Experience

- 0-2 years of experience in e-commerce operations, returns management, or warehouse operations.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
