- Order Fulfillment: Manage picking, packing, and shipping of online orders quickly and accurately.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock levels, manage returns, perform cycle counts, and ensure online listings match physical stock.
- Logistics Coordination: Work with shipping partners for timely deliveries and manage delivery issues (delays, incorrect orders).
- Process Improvement: Implement and optimize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and operational procedures.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety standards.
- Reporting: Monitor and report on key performance metrics.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in warehouse/logistics, especially in e-commerce.
- Robust leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with WMS and e-commerce platforms.
- Understanding of supply chain, logistics, and customer service.
- A degree in Logistics or Supply Chain is often preferred.
