Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Manage inward and outward movement of raw materials, finished goods, and packaging materials
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock updates in ERP/software systems
- Ensure proper storage, labelling, and handling of materials in the warehouse/store area
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the purchase department for replenishment
- Prepare and maintain GRN, stock registers, material issue slips, and other store-related documents
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Coordinate with production and dispatch teams for timely material availability
- Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices are followed wherever applicable
- Maintain housekeeping and safety standards in the store area
- Ensure compliance with company policies and inventory control procedures

Key Skills

- Knowledge of store and inventory management processes in FIBC or packaging industry
- Familiarity with material inward/outward documentation and stock handling




- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory control
- Proficiency in ERP systems for inventory management, stock tracking, and material movement entries (SAP/Tally or similar ERP software)
- Good communication and coordination skills & Proficiency in MS Office
- Attention to detail and record-keeping ability
- Problem-solving and time management skills

Educational Qualification & Experience

- Graduate in any discipline (B.Com / BBA preferred)
- 2 - 3 Years (Mandatory experience in FIBC / Packaging Industry)
- Diploma or certification in Stores / Inventory / Supply Chain Management (preferred)

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
