About the Role

PublicBuy is a direct-to-consumer electronics ecommerce platform offering genuine deals on smartphones, earbuds, and tech accessories. We plane to build our brand through daily, authentic social media content that earns trust and drives traffic to our store.

We are hiring an in-house content creator who will become the face of our Instagram & Facebook.

⚠ This role is NOT for content writers or social media managers . We are specifically looking for someone comfortable appearing on camera, recording videos, and presenting products confidently.

Work Setup

This is primarily an on-site role at our Delhi office. Most content will be recorded from our office, warehouse, and packaging and dispatch area.

Some content can also be created from home - such as desk/study product reviews, gadget testing videos, and quick talking-head reels explaining deals.

Monthly Content Output (Minimum)

- 30 Instagram Reels
- 80-120 Instagram Stories
- 80+ Instagram posts (product posts, carousels, informational content)

Daily content creation is expected.

Types of Content You Will Create

- Product demonstrations and gadget reviews
- Unboxing videos
- Deal alerts and price comparison videos
- "Is this deal worth it? " style videos
- Website walkthrough videos
- Packaging and dispatch videos from our warehouse
- Behind-the-scenes business content
- Tech tips and product explainers

Key Responsibilities

- Act as the face of PublicBuy's Instagram




- Record and appear in daily short-form videos (Reels)
- Present products, deals, and website features on camera
- Create regular Instagram Stories and posts
- Shoot content from office, warehouse, and occasionally from home
- Edit and publish videos (basic editing skills required)

Requirements :

- Comfortable appearing on camera and speaking confidently
- Strong knowledge of smartphones - specs, brands, and the Indian mobile market (Samsung, iQOO, POCO, OnePlus, Realme, etc.) - essential for creating credible product content
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Solid understanding of Instagram Reels and short-form video formats
- Ability to record videos using a smartphone or camera
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut, VN, or similar)
- Someone who genuinely follows the smartphone and tech space and has real opinions about devices
- Aspiring content creators or influencers looking for a full time creative role
- People who enjoy making daily video content
- Individuals comfortable being the face of a brand
