Job Overview : Key Responsibilities :

- Plan and coordinate dispatch of solar materials such as panels, inverters, structures, and accessories
- Prepare delivery challans, invoices, and dispatch documentation
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics partners, and site teams for timely delivery
- Track shipments and ensure on-time delivery to project sites
- Maintain dispatch records and update systems regularly
- Verify material quantity and quality before dispatch
- Handle loading/unloading coordination and transportation arrangements
- Resolve delivery issues and coordinate for returns or replacements if required
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards

Requirements :

- Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification
- 1-3 years of experience in dispatch, logistics, or warehouse operations




- Basic knowledge of documentation (E-way bill, invoices, delivery challans)
- Valuable coordination and communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer skills

Preferred Skills :

- Experience in solar / EPC / electrical equipment industry
- Familiarity with inventory management systems or ERP tools (e.g., Tally )
- Understanding of logistics and supply chain processes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
