Job Title :Inside Sales Executive - Technical

Salary : starting from 25k

The Inside Sales Executive with technical Background will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound sales activities from the office, providing accurate technical product information, preparing commercial proposals, and supporting the sales closure process. The role requires strong communication skills combined with a sound understanding of technical products.

Key Responsibilities: 1.I nside Sales & Lead Handling

- Make outbound follow-up calls on leads generated from marketing, website, and field team.

Qualify leads and understand technical requirements of customers.

2. Technical Product Consultation

- Explain technical features, specifications, compatibility, and use-cases of products.
- Provide product comparisons and technical clarifications.

3.Quotation & Order Processing

- Prepare and share quotations, proforma invoices, and product details.
- Coordinate with accounts, logistics, and warehouse for order processing & dispatch.

Track orders, delivery status, and payment follow-ups.

4.Customer Coordination & Support





- Maintain robust relationships with dealers, resellers, and end customers.
- Handle pre-sales queries and basic post-sales coordination.
- Coordinate with the technical/service team for complex queries.

5.Customer Relationship Management

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with dealers, channel partners, and end customers.
- Address pre-sales queries and coordinate post-sales support with the service team as required.
- Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.

6.Reporting & Compliance

- Update and manage lead and sales data in CRM systems or internal trackers.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity reports.
- Adhere to company sales policies, pricing guidelines, and compliance requirements.

Qualifications & Skills : Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, IT, Engineering, or Business administration

Proven experience in inside sales, preferably within a technical or electronics-focused organization.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
