Inventory & Stock Management

- Maintain accurate records of raw materials, finished goods, consumables, and spare parts.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure optimum inventory to avoid shortages/excess stock.
- Conduct daily/weekly/monthly physical stock verification.
- Maintain FIFO/FEFO system for material movement.

Material Handling & Dispatch

- Supervise inward and outward material movements.
- Verify GRN, delivery challans, and invoices.
- Coordinate with purchase and production departments for timely material supply.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and safety of materials.

Documentation & Reporting

- Maintain proper store registers, ERP entries, and documentation.
- Prepare daily stock reports and MIS reports for management.
- Track rejected, damaged, and non-moving items.
- Support audits and compliance checks.

Team & Process Management

- Supervise store assistants and helpers.
- Implement 5S and safety practices in the store area.
- Ensure housekeeping and organized warehouse layout.




- Improve processes for efficiency and cost control.

Coordination

- Liaise with Purchase, Production, QA, and Accounts teams.
- Support timely dispatches and ensure correct documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in Commerce / Science / Supply Chain / related field.
- 5-6 years of experience in manufacturing store/warehouse operations.
- Knowledge of inventory control, stock management, and material planning.
- Familiar with ERP/Excel/Tally or store management software.
- Good communication and team handling skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Knowledge of statutory compliance and audit procedures.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
