Job Responsibilty-INVENTORY (HEAD)

- Receive materials at the store; ensure delivery made is of correct quantity and specifications and make appropriate recordings of material received.
- Ensure batch wise stacking of products and control of physical stocks at the store as per the policies and procedures.
- Ensure rectification of batch mis-matches in the store, as per guidelines.
- Plan secondary transportation requirements from the store to deliver materials to user.
- Ensure accurate updation of physical stocks / stock reconciliation details in the company ERP portal (for example, Branch Connect), as per procedure
- Manage housing keeping of warehouses and stores




- Track stocks nearing expiry and ensure disposal of these stocks, as per guidelines
- Develops and maintains an inventory location system and manages and ensures that location system is used and 100% traceability of all inventory items
- Monitor stocks in the store through regular stock-taking, as per specified timelines and guidelines.

Education Qualification :

- Bachelor's in Any Field

Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills, time management, basic knowledge of excel, knack for problem solving

Office hours 9-6(Sunday off)

Job Types : Full time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
