Dispatch Invoicing Profile (often titled Dispatch & Billing Executive , Dispatch Officer , or Logistics Clerk ) is responsible for the end-to-end process of preparing, validating, and sending out invoices for shipped goods, while coordinating with logistics to ensure timely delivery. This role bridges the gap between production, warehousing, and finance.

Key Responsibilities

- Invoice Preparation & Generation : Creating tax invoices, Proforma invoices, and delivery challans/notes based on customer purchase orders (POs).
- Dispatch Coordination : Working with production, sales, and warehouse teams to ensure materials are packed and loaded according to schedule.
- Documentation & Compliance : Generating E-way bills, maintaining dispatch registers, and ensuring all documentation meets GST or other tax regulations.
- Logistics Management :



Following up with transport providers for timely vehicle availability and tracking shipments.
- Data Accuracy & Reporting : Maintaining accurate stock, dispatch, and billing records in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Tally) and preparing daily/monthly MIS reports for management.
- Customer Communication : Resolving dispatch delays, addressing invoicing errors, and providing updates on shipment status.

Core Competencies & Skills

- System Proficiency : Strong command of MS Excel and ERP systems like SAP (SD module) or Tally.
- Detail-Oriented : Meticulous verification of quantities, rates, and tax details to prevent billing discrepancies.
- Communication : Ability to liaise between internal departments (sales/production) and external partners (transporters).
- Time Management : Ability to work in a quick-paced environment to meet strict dispatch deadlines.

Pay: Up to ₹22,000.00 per month
