Job Title: Accounts Executive ( Warehouse cum Accounts Associate )

Experience Required : Minimum 2 Years Working Hours : 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM (MON-SAT)

About the Role : We are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented, and responsible Accounts assistant who can manage day-to-day accounting activities while also supporting our warehouse operations . This role is ideal for someone who wants a blend of accounting, compliance, and operational exposure in a fast-growing retail setup.

Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Compliance

- Record daily accounting entries and ensure timely reconciliations.
- Prepare and assist in filing GST returns, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
- Import, verify, and manage accounting data from Tally or relevant software.
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and MIS.

Showroom & Warehouse Coordination

- Coordinate with warehouse staff for invoice matching, dispatch records, and stock validation.
- Support showroom teams with billing, stock queries, and basic accounts-related issues.

Required Skills :





- Strong knowledge of GST filing and TDS preparation.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP and other accounting tools.
- Excellent Excel skills (Vlookup, Pivot Tables, data import/export).
- Hands-on experience with Amazon & Flipkart listing processes.
- Understanding of retail operations and warehouse workflow.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.

Qualification

- MBA (Finance) / B.Com / M.Com

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience is mandatory :

- Experience in retail, e-commerce, or trading industry preferred.
