Qualification : Bachelor's Or Master's degree in computer science, IT, related field.

Experience Required :

- 4+ years of hands-on in Mendix devlopment

Key Responsibilities :

- Review and approve complex technical designs and implementations
- Ensure scalability, performance, and maintainability of solutions
- Define and enforce Mendix development standards and best practices
- Own setting strategy, deployment approach, and release management
- Manage technical risks and architectural debt
- Design and oversee integrations using REST, OData, and messaging patterns
- Guide performance tuning, security implementation, and production readiness
- Mentor developers and act as technical escalation point
- Collaborate with stakeholders,



architects, and DevOps teams

Required Skills & Experience :

- 4+ years hands-on Mendix development experience
- Experience leading Mendix projects/programs
- Strong database knowledge and domain modeling skills
- Experience with Mendix 9.x / 10.x
- Experience in Mendix upgrades and platform upgrades
- Hands-on experience with Mendix Native

Preferred Certifications :

- Mendix Advanced Developer
- Mendix Expert Developer
- Cloud certifications (AWS/Azure)
