6-8 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and implementation

- Strong expertise in Apex (Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable, Future methods)
- Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components
- Strong knowledge of SOQL/SOSL and Salesforce data modeling
- Experience developing custom objects, fields, validation rules, workflows, and flows
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, governor limits, and coding standards
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security model including Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, OWD, and Field-Level Security
- Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud
- Experience working with Experience Cloud (Communities/Portals development, user access, branding)
- Experience working with Health Cloud (data model, care management, healthcare workflows)
- Good to have knowledge of Conga (Conga Composer, document generation and automation tools)
- Experience building integrations using REST and SOAP APIs
- Understanding of data migration, ETL processes, and bulk data handling
- Knowledge of authentication mechanisms like OAuth and Single Sign-On (SSO)
- Experience working with asynchronous processing (Batch Apex, Queueable,

- Ability to troubleshoot production issues and optimize system performance
- Conduct code reviews and ensure high-quality, maintainable code
- Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
- Work in Agile/Scrum development environments
- Provide technical guidance and mentor developers and technically support the team
- Prepare technical documentation and effort estimations
- Good to have knowledge of version control tools like Git
- Good to have knowledge of Salesforce DevOps tools like Copado
- Familiarity with CI/CD and release management processes
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required
- Platform Developer II certification preferred
- Self-driven and able to work independently with solid ownership mindset

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
