Job Title: Managed Operations (Application Support)

Key Responsibilities:

- Troubleshoot and resolve software issues reported by clients.
- Coordinate with developers to resolve software bugs or system limitations.
- Maintain proper documentation of solutions and technical processes.
- Assist in software deployment, configuration, and client onboarding.
- Participate in testing and quality assurance for software updates and releases.
- Maintain service quality and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements :

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or Engineering.
- Basic knowledge of SQL, databases, and software troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Windows or Linux environments.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Pay: Up to ₹200,000.00 per month
